YQ525 can be applied to PU matte furniture paint and primer.

Performance advantages

YQ525 is a specially modified hydroxy acrylic resin. Used for PU matte topcoat, it has the advantages of good extinction, good transparency, and low odor. Used for PU primer with fast drying speed and good polishing performance.

Appearance: Clear and transparent liquid

Solid content (%): 50 ± 2%

Viscosity (25 ℃): 8000-15000mpa. s

Color, Fe Co ratio: ≤ 1#

Hydroxyl value (theoretical): 72mgKOH/g

Acid value: 4-8mgKOH/g

Resin Compatibility

1. YQ525 has good compatibility with aromatic hydrocarbons, ether esters, ketones, ester solvents, and can be diluted with solvents such as toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, acetone, CAC, PMA, etc. Its solubility in fatty hydrocarbon solvents is limited. Please confirm through experiments before use.

2. YQ525 has extensive compatibility with hydroxy acrylic resin and PU curing agent. Please conduct experiments to confirm before use.

Precautions

1. YQ525 product is stored in a 200L sealed round iron drum. Please confirm before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources as much as possible;

2. The storage period of YQ525 product is two years. If it exceeds the storage period, it should be inspected according to the quality standards of this product. If it meets the standards, it can still be used.
