Application Direction

YQ519-60M can be applied to high-end low odor PU solid wood furniture paint.

Performance advantages

YQ519-60M is a special material modified alkyd resin. Used for PU solid wood primer with low odor, good permeability, anti collapse, good transparency, good dry polishing performance, thick coating is not easy to cause heat rash, especially for deep wood fundus materials, it has excellent anti swelling performance. The paint film is not prone to whitening due to cold and hot cycling.

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Solid content (%): 60 ± 2%

Viscosity (mpa. s, 25 ℃): 15000-25000 mpa. s

Color, Fe Co ratio: ≤ 3#

Hydroxyl value (theoretical), mgKOH/g: 150mgKOH/g

Acid value, mgKOH/g : ≤15mgKOH/g 

Resin Compatibility

1. YQ519-60M has good compatibility with aromatic hydrocarbons, ether esters, ketones, ester solvents, and can be diluted with solvents such as toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, acetone, CAC, PMA, etc. Its solubility in fatty hydrocarbon solvents is limited. Please confirm through experiments before use.

2. YQ519-60M has extensive compatibility with PU curing agents and alkyd resins. Please conduct experiments to confirm before use.

Precautions

1. YQ519-60M product is stored in a 200L sealed round iron drum. Please confirm before use. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from heat and fire sources as much as possible;  

2. The storage period of YQ519-60M product is two years. If it exceeds the storage period, it should be inspected according to the quality standards of this product. If it meets the standards, it can still be used.
3. Due to the special nature of this product, it may become cloudy after prolonged storage, but it does not affect any performance.
